Worldwide Shipping
- We ship to over 100 countries
worldwide.

60 countries (including the EU, United States and Canada)
are eligible for FREE SHIPPING. See

- We personally pack and process all orders
in our local customs office.
- Air shipment is handled for us by the Express
Mail Service of the Czech Post office. Depending
on the destination and local customs office, packages
take 5-10 business days to arrive.
- Parcels are delivered to your door by the express mail
department of your local post office. You may be
contacted via phone or e-mail to schedule delivery
or to supply information for your local customs office,
if needed. The recipient is responsible for taxes, if any.
- We pay a lot of attention to packaging. Please

- The number of countries where we are able to track
shipments online is increasing. If your shipment can be tracked,
